I hope you enjoy how easy, simple and non-greasy this recipe is! I know we do!
This is a traditional fried chicken for Puerto Ricans. It is super simple, but tastes as though you were working it for hours!

Written recipe:
Ingredients:
-2 lbs of chicken breasts, with skin and bones
-2 tsp of minced garlic
-1 tsp of dried oregano
-Pink Himalayan salt to taste
-1 tbsp of lemon juice
-2 tbsp of olive oil/coconut oil (I used olive oil)
-1/4 tsp of black pepper
Instructions:
1. In a large cup or small bowl, add the following ingredients: oregano, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, and minced garlic.
2. Stir until combined and set aside.
3. Cut the chicken into chunks. (I like to ask the butcher to do this part for me).
4. Transfer the chicken into a large bowl.
5. Season the chicken with salt to your taste.
6. Pour the wet seasoning mixture over the chicken and then get your hands into it! Make sure that each piece of chicken is coated with this FABULOUS seasoning.
7. Next, cover and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes. If you marinate this overnight, the flavor will be even MORE AMAZING!
8. Transfer the chicken into your air fryer. Be sure to leave enough space to turn each piece. Do not pack them in tight.
9. Cook at 400 degrees F, for 15 minutes.
10. Turn each piece of chicken and cook for another 13 - 15 minutes or until browned to your liking.
