The Lion and the Hare
Once upon a time a lion lived in a jungle. The animals of the jungle told the lion that they would each day send an animal for his meal. The lion agreed not to hunt for animals. Once, it was the hare's turn. On the way, he saw a deep well and his reflection in it. He got an idea. When he reached the lion, he was angry as the hare was very small. The hare told him that five hares were sent, but four of them were eaten by another lion. The lion asked the hare to take him to the other lion. The hare said that he lived in the well. The lion looked into the well and saw his reflection, but thought it was another lion. He jumped in to fight with it, but hurt himself. The hare was very happy. All the animals then lived happily.
Moral: Being calm helps make wise decisions.
