This moist chocolate cake is one of my favorite cakes to prepare during special celebrations.
Everyone loves chocolate, so I carefully choose the right ingredients to this cake. The dutch processed cocoa powder so far is the best since it gives a deep dark and rich aroma of chocolate. The cake is soft, moist, and heavenly tasty that almost melts in your mouth.

💖 MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE💖

For the ingredients:

WET INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup milk
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 tsp coffee granules
1 cup hot water

DRY INGREDIENTS
2 cups white sugar
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 dutch processed cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt

GANACHE
1 cup choco chips / 230g chocolate bar
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp milk

TOPPINGS
Chocolate Flakes (Galaxy Chocolate Bar)
Choco Chips

PROCEDURE

1. Combine melted butter, milk, vinegar, vanilla extract, and eggs in a bowl. Mix together and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix and set aside.
3. Combine the wet ingredients and dry ingredients. Mixing properly until the batter becomes watery.
4. In a small bowl, combine the coffee and hot water.
5. Pour the coffee mixture into the batter. Mix with your hand in a cut and fold direction until the batter becomes properly mixed.
6. Pour into two 8" greased pan. Divide the batter equally.
7. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes at 180C.
8. The cake is done when the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
9. Cool down the cake on the rack.
10. Prepare the ganache by adding the choco chips, heavy cream, and milk
11. Heat in the oven quickly and mixed until the choco chips is totally melted.
12. Assemble the cake. Fill in between the cakes with choco ganache. Frost the entire cake.
13. Chop the chocolate bar and sprinkle on top of the cake.
14. Add choco chips on the cake edge.
15. Chill the cake for 1 hour before serving.
