Peanut Butter Chocolate Chips Cookies Video 1

1 cup salted butter, softened at room temp
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup peanut butter
2 1/4 cup self rising flour
12 oz. bag of semi-sweet chocolate chip morsels

Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Cream together the butter and both sugars in either a large bowl with an electric hand mixer or with a stand mixer.
Add the eggs mixing until thoroughly incorporated.add the vanilla and mix well too.
Then add peanut butter, mix well.
Add the flour, mix well.
Add in the chocolate chips morsels and mix until evenly distributed.
Drop 1 tbsp rounds of dough on an ungreased cookie sheet.
I use my cookie scoop and bake them on my non stick slipat mat.
Bake cookies for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.
Allow the cookies to cool on the pan for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack to cool.
