Discover more of the Hoh Rainforest, one of the natural wonders of Washington State. Located on the west side of Olympic National Park, the Hoh is a lush temperate rainforest with mosses and ferns covering every tree and surface. Its fairytale-like scenery has made it one of the park's most popular attractions. With trails like the Hall of Mosses, Spruce Nature Trail, and the Hoh River and Hoh Lake trails, this enchanted forest is among North America's great treasures.

In this video, hike part of the Spruce Nature trail, a 1.2 mile loop winding through the centuries old rainforest and along the banks of the mighty Hoh River. Along the way, you’ll experience lush green meadows, moss draped maples and huge spruce trees. The trail eventually reaches the Hoh River with its unique, pale blue glacial waters. Flowing down from Mount Olympus, this river runs for 56 miles through the rainforest and out to the wild Pacific Coast. Enjoy the majestic Hoh Rainforest and Hoh River!
