Welcome to my channel stir and cook.
Today I made Mango Arabian Dessert, which is incredibly tasty and creamy. This is one of my favorite desserts and it's very easy to make. You
only need a mango, milk, custard powder, bread, and cream.
To prepare, blend the mango into a puree and add it to the custard. Then, prepare the cream and layer all the ingredients in a vessel. And just like that, our Mango Arabian Pudding is ready! This is a viral mango recipe and a perfect dessert for summers.
If you make this for guests, they will be delighted. It takes hardly 20 minutes to make. Try this mango recipe at home and let me know how it turned out!
Ingredients:
Ripe Mango - 500 g, (Roughly Chopped)
Custard Powder - 2 ½ Tbsp (25g)
Milk - 500 ml
Sugar - ¼ cup
Cardamom (elachi) powder - ¼ tsp
Fresh Cream - 1 packet
Condensed Milk - ¼ cup
Mango Puree - 2-3 Tbsp
Bread Slices - as needed
Instructions:
1. Transfer the chopped mango into a blender. Add sugar if required.Blend until smooth.Your mango puree is ready!
2. Make a smooth paste by mixing the custard powder with the ½ cup of milk.
3. Bring the remaining 2 cups of milk to a boil. Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix it.
4. Gradually add the custard paste to the boiling milk. Cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame until the mixture thickens.
5. The custard is done when it leaves a clean line on the back of the spoon. Let it cool completely before using.
Prepare Cream
6. Mix the fresh cream, condensed milk, and mango puree whisk it until smooth.
7. Once the custard is completely cool, whisk in the mango puree until smooth. Your mango custard mix is ready!
8. Trim the edges of the bread slices.
9. To assemble spread the mango custard mixture on the first layer of bread slices.
10. Pour a layer of the prepared cream over it.Top with chopped mangoes, crushed pistachios, and grated coconut.
11. Repeat the layering process. Refrigerate the assembled dish for 4-5 hours. Slice and serve chilled!
