Supported by First American India, AIF's "Inclusion and Employability Enhancement of Persons with Disabilities (PwDs)" project under the Ability Based #Livelihoods Empowerment program (ABLE), talented individuals were empowered to master market-aligned #skills, build #sustainable careers, and launch their own ventures. With 25 candidates already trained and many successfully placed with leading F&B companies, the impact is undeniable. The cherry on top? A fully operational café run by our first set of graduates! And hold your mugs as another batch of skilled #PwDs is about to graduate soon!

This program goes far beyond skilling—it’s about #mentorship, financial upliftment, and #inclusive opportunities, all designed to unlock their full potential and create an enterprising workforce. It’s more than just employment—it’s true empowerment!
