1 lb ground beef mince nicely blended
1 medium onion
3-4 green chili per your taste 1 inch ginger
3-4 pc garlic chopped altogether and squeezed all the excess water
Gravy:-
1 tbsp all spice powder ready or make fresh
3-4 green cardamom
6-8 black pepper
4-6 cloves
1 inch cinnamon stick
2-3 bay leaves
2 aniseed flowers
1 tbsp cumin coriander
1 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
Ginger sliced
Jalapeño sliced
Garlic
2 medium onion sliced
8-10 cashews
1 tsp cumin coriander
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp allspice powder
Salt - turmeric powder
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup fresh cream
Dry methi leaves
4 tbsp roasted gram flour
