The Whiskey Crusaders review Hiram Walker Creme de Cacao White Liqueur which comes in at 30 proof. Creme de Cacao is made with Brazilian and/or Venezuelan milk chocolate cacao and vanilla. It was originally made in the 1600s by monks and brought back from America to Europe. Creme is a French word that means high sugar must be in it and has no actual dairy in it.
