This video covers the benefits of Bhastrika Pranayama.  This Pranayama considers the gateway of all the other pranayama.  It increases our lung capacity, which makes us able to take longer inhales.  Being able to hold breath longer and inhaling and exhaling for a long time helps us to get in and out of the yoga poses with ease.   This particular Pranayama can be done with or without involving hand motions.  This is a very good therapy for people with asthma or allergies problems.
