How to Harvest and Freeze Leeks

After over-wintering a few leeks in the garden, I'm harvesting them and preparing them for the freezer.


We are a family of four, growing some of our own fruit and veg and living on a budget.  We're saving and investing where we can, for a secure retirement and for the future for our kids.
