Homemade Oreo Cookies - like true Oreo cookies. Easy recipe Oreo.
1. Mix 100 g butter, 170 g icing sugar, salt and vanilla.
2. Add the egg and mix until smooth.
3. Add cocoa, flour and baking powder. Mix thoroughly with a mixer.
4. Thoroughly mash the dough, wrap with food wrap and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
5. Put the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out.
6. Make blanks for cookies, as shown in the video and put in the oven for 12 minutes at 160 degrees.
7. Mix 100 g butter, 200 g icing sugar and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Mixt to a creamy consistency.
8. Combine the cookie halves with this cream.
