In this video Paul will show you what checks you can to to try to resolve a No Dial Tone issue.
You may need to complete this test if you have a noisy phone line or a dropping broadband connection.
As with all of these check its a good idea to have a pad and paper to hand to make notes of any steps you complete should you need to refer back to them later.
For this check, you may also need:
* Two phones
* Access to an alternative phone line.
