POSTURE FIX 🔨 ✅

Improving posture can be a complex topic, however here are some quick wins that’s going to help the majority of us!

Most of us spend a lot of time with our upper body in this flexed position, so in order to rebalance this position need to extend our spine, stretch our front, and strengthen our back. Here’s what you can do.

👍Child’s pose will extend & lengthen your spine.
👍And the W raise will strengthen your back and pull your shoulders back.

Secondly, many of us also spend a lot of time sitting which tightens our hip makes our glutes weak. Here’s what you can do.

👍Stretch the hip flexors.  
👍And strengthen the glutes in a bridge.

Lastly, start to become aware in your day to day lifestyle, when sitting or walking etc, how you can optimise your posture, and this makes the biggest impact.
