VMware was recently aquired by Broadcom and the cost of many products has increased, or have been moved into more expensive bundles.
Many organizations are looking at alternate ways of running a VMware environment such as GCVE on Google Cloud Platform
I spent 19 years of my career working with VMware technologies as an end-user, consultant or VMware employee before joining Google Cloud.
