An 'every-now-and-then' film from my youth, Super Mario Bros. isn't the worst movie of all time, yet it isn't winning any Oscars. Regardless, I really do like the movie, and it does follow the source material more than many think. The main cast is very enjoyable (mainly Bob Hoskins), and the scenarios are very funny. Overall, the film, to me,  still holds up today as a fun, silly 90s action-comedy.
