Psychic Warrior (Lae'zel build)

This build guide was created with experienced players in mind. Please don’t feel like you have to copy each thing exactly. Take this build and make it yours. The Psychic warrior has some of the highest consistent damage and nova damage of any build I have created. It requires a resonance stone found in act 2 for the max damage but can still be used just fine without it.
