Vision Contracting's Keestrack R3 is equipped with a Sensortechnik Optical Belt Scale and in this example was crushing Alluvial River rock to a GAP 40mm spec.
With a Single Deck Screen Recirculating the oversize stone the R3 consistently averaged over 202 Tonnes Per Hour in production.
The Sensortechnik Optical Belt Scale features no moving parts, no need for calibration and wireless, cloud-based data syncing. Once adjusted for the spec material being produced theses Optical Belt Scales will provide a 99.8% accurate result.
