Gelatine：6g
Whip cream: 100G
Yogurt: 250G
Sugar: 30G

Strawberry puree: 180G
Sugar: 20G
Gelatine：4g

Strawberry Puree
Strawberry puree: 75G
Sugar: 10G
Gelatine：3g
