It got cold. I want to wrap myself in a warm blanket, drink tangerine tea and eat roasted chestnuts. How are you? How do you spend your evenings?

Mandarin tea:
2 tangerines
a handful of dried linden
2-3 cloves

1. Peel the tangerines, cut into pieces, put in a teapot, mash with a crush. Add dried lime and cloves.
2. Pour boiling water over and let it brew for 10 minutes.

Roasted chestnuts:
1. Rinse chestnuts, fill with water and leave for 25-30 minutes.
2. Make an incision along the convex part across the chestnut. Be careful not to damage the pulp.
3. Place the chestnuts cut side down on the oven or skillet. Turn the chestnuts periodically so they don't burn.
If you cook in the oven, place the chestnuts cut side up on a baking sheet. Turning chestnuts (in the oven) during cooking is not necessary.
4. Roast the chestnuts for about 20-30 minutes. They must open up.
5. Serve the chestnuts hot.
