Add lots of variety and interaction into your training and teaching to make Zoom training more interactive. I will go through 3 technologies that you can use in Zoom session so you can add variety of activities to deliver a better training and teaching.
Firstly, we will look into technology Answer Garden to quickly get all your students to share their ideas in one place. The idea that in the Zoom session you ask a question to your students and share the link in the chat room then you collect all the answers.
Second technology is Mentimiter which you can use to get the students engaged when you want your students to chose between options after your presentation, so they can vote on something they like, make a comment, rank something or order something. This adds a bit more variety to the session and the activities can be looked into so the teacher can se what the students have written, shared or voted on.
Third tool is Google Jamboard, a free technology that work as an interactive whiteboard so students can add up all their ideas onto the screen. Great way for the students to interact with lots of options for example; stickies, text, pictures etc.
This video is for teachers who do on-line sessions with their students with lots of ideas on how you can make Zoom training more interactive. We are using a 3 technologies which are great for students collaboration to make the class more interesting and engaging. Brilliant tools that are easily available and easy to manage with plenty of options.
