Ingredients.... 130 gram Dark chocolate 130 gram butter Pinch of salt 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder Hot water 1 & 1/2 tablespoons 1 cup Caster sugar 3/4 cup All purpose flour( Maida )sifted Vanilla extract/ chocolate extract 1/2 teaspoon 2 large eggs 7 to 8 inches square cake tin Grease with oil lined butter paper Pressure cooker to Bake the brownie 1 cup salt for pressure cooker Stand / rack Steel plate (optional ) Baking time in Pressure Cooker 35 minutes First bake the brownie for 5 minutes on medium flame Next 30 minutes on low flame.
