With Down Syndrome, Appointments Just Got More Intense 😢

My precious baby boy has Down Syndrome. He is so amazing and I wouldn't want Him to be any other way. The unfortunat part about having Trisomy 21 is that it could comes with a lot of complications.

Because of that Jayceon has to see many different specialists to make sure that he is healthy and doesnt Have any major health issues that comes with Down Syndrome. One being with he's heart. Thank GOD that he doesn't have any heart issues, which is very common for babies like him.... who ends up having open heart surgery.

He has seen and still has to see more doctors for different reasons to make sure that he's thriving as he should. We have an appointment coming up with Genetics. In this video he had a regular check up and also had to go get tested to make sure that he doesn't have any Thyroid issues. He also qualified for the "Early Steps" program, something like physical therapy to make sure he's reaching all his milestones on time.. So he'll have a home visit weekly for that.

I thank God for my baby boy. He blessed me with a healthy happy beautiful baby boy who doesn't have any major issues and I pray to God that it stays that way as we embark on this journey.
