Fluxed Capacitor Testing - Can I Fix it? - On Camera: 30 Day Challenge - Day 7

In this video we fix a piece of gear that is the backbone of my electronics lab . . . namely my cheap capacitor tester. This is Day 7 of a 30 day challenge in September to practice posting a video every day. This is to help me get comfortable talking in front of the camera.
