Nicola Coughlan's first day playing Penelope Featherington on the set of "Bridgerton" didn't go quite as planned. The star reveals that while wearing heels and a corset, she fell and accidentally stabbed her co-star, Claudia Jessie AKA Eloise Bridgerton, in the hand with a parasol. Ouch!
