SC Shorts: There Will Be Coal

Sir Topham Hatt finally puts his foot down and bans Welsh coal from the Island of Sodor. In an effort to get back at him, Thomas tries to smuggle Welsh coal illegally from two engines. Unfortunately for him, those two engines happened to be working for Oliver.
