In this video I will show you how to test your thyroid at home easily using a home testing kit. I also discuss some symptoms of hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid) and hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid) plus what the different levels of TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone), T3 and T4 all mean and when you should see a doctor.
