Knight Rider style LED for RC

This one has six LEDs.  They are operated from a two-position channel.
Each time you operate that channel (flip it to on and then off), it goes to the next function:
1 - off
2 - all red
3 - chase
The speed of the chase lights is adjusted by turning a rotary control.
