Quest guide: How to find
Quest guide: How to find Zevlor in Act 2, just follow the main story quest, at a certain point you will go down a hole after you fight Ketheric Thorm at the top of the tower.
when you go down the hole to the illithid area, you need to find the place where they keep all the pods, when you find it release everyone.
You then fight some mind flayers and after that you get a dialog with Zevlor.
