Swim Pre Requisite for J1s The Pool Management Group

Students applying for Lifeguard Jobs in the United States with one of The Pool Management Group companies, must be required to pass the minimum standards for swimming, diving, and treading of water prior to being considered for any of our available Lifeguard Positions.  The successful completion of these pre-requisites does NOT guarantee employment, but does allow the candidate to move forward in the interview process.
