Mocktail Menus pair well with pizza, cured Italian prosciutto, capicola, soppressata, and other Salumeria antipasti like domestic and imported cheeses, vegetable relishes, and fresh-cut seasonal fruits... We'd also like to see a restaurant and/or The Palazzo Ristorante create and offer a Roasted Italian Tomato, Roasted Garlic, and Roasted Red Sweet Bell Pepper with Fresh Basil and Sea Salt Virgin Mary Mocktail — and many more culinary creations of mocktails on their menu...
BTW: In the Spring of 2022, we published a few recipes on mocktails and featured our Virgin Mary mocktail made with San Marzano Italian plum tomatoes, etc.

Recently, we sat over the Hudson River on the patio of Sea Smoke Waterfront Grill and enjoyed two different mocktails — their S U N R I S E - I N - T H E - T R O P I C S — strawberry purée, guava juice, mint simple syrup, and club soda ($10); and their M A N G O - M I N T - N O - J I TO — mango juice, mint simple syrup [Stevia sub], freshly squeezed lime juice, and hibiscus tea floater ($10).
In addition, we offer you food reviews, chef spotlights, local and nearby travel destinations, and great foods not necessarily featured in our gourmet food Lifestyle, and travel magazines, Taste of Schenectady® and BEYOND™ and Taste and Shop™ magazine, in this YouTube video.
