PERFECT COATED🥜 GROUNDNUTS/PEANUT BURGER

4 cups of raw peanuts
2 cups of flour
1/3 cup of sugar
2 tbsp powdered milk
tsp of salt
2 eggs
tsp of Vanilla extract
oil for deep frying
