weblio is an ESL company. Students are Japanese mostly, they need you to wear a black collared shirt it has to be plain. it should be black not gray, not navy blue, black!
no need experience, salary is (50×0.90)/25min. classes are conducted via their weblio website. classes are flexible. you create your own schedule. Salary is sent BDO accnt.
steps:
1. Application
2. Exam
3. Interview
4. Training
5. Demo
6. Webiste/Tutor Platform Tutorial
7. Another exam (abt tutor platform website, dos and donts when conducting classes).
pros:
1. easy application
2. no need experience
3. easy textbooks
4. quick admin-support via skype
5. Good for beginners.
6. Free Polo Black Shirt with weblio print on it.
7. Very KIND admins.
cons:
1. low salary
2. very strict environment set-up, dress-code.
3. Glitchy Tutor Website
4. Website is not Friendly user at all.
5. No way of knowing your slot has been booked or you have a booked class. They will not inform you via txt, nor skype. They will however inform you via email but for me its not convenient.
6. Low number of students.
7. Free shirt will arrive after 3 months but its okay, not a 100% con. Will just put it here tho.
