Monk's Exclusive - A new series in which we would like to showcase an exclusive eatery in our full length video.
This week we visited Pure Vegetarian Dhaba located 50kms from Namma Bengaluru called DevNarayan Veg Dhaba which serve Authentic Rajasthan Cuisine. This is almost Lorry Drivers Adda which serves super delicious food at very pocketfriendly prices.
We need to take a U - turn while driving towards Tumkur.
From Tumkur it is around 30kms , around 10kms from Dabbaspete and 50Kms from Bangalore.
We tried Sev Tamatar which is little on spicier side , Doodh Sev which is on sweeter side because of milk ( both of these had Sev mixture which we get in our each bite) .Dal which is mild at first bite but slowly builds on a spicer side , Bhindi Fry which is a perfectly cooked.
In Roti - We tried Bhajra Roti and Phulka.
Bhajra Roti is made of Bhajra (Pearl) Millet. Roti happens to be thick and rough by texture.. However , ghee helps makes it smooth and soft.
