I finally brought UNDERTALE-GLAMBURGER that many of you requested!
Thick patty is a must for handmade burger, so I made it thick~ Half of the burger's patty! It was huge and was difficult to eat..... :)

Recipe

Ingredients
Hard flour 80g, medium flour 20g, water 70ml,  yeast 2g, salt 2g, sugar 10g, unsalted butter 10g, food coloring, pearl sugar, egg white, beef 250g, pork 150g, onion 1/2, egg yolk, herb salt, lettuce, sliced cheese, ketchup, mustard, olive, gold food coloring, sausage

*Bun
1. Put 80g, 20g flours in a bowl. Add yeast 2g, salt 2g, sugar 10g separately and mix them with flour.
2. Pour 70ml water in #1.
3. When dough is ready, put 10g butter and mix with the dough.
4. If dough is not getting teared off when you stretch it, round the dough and put it in a bowl. Ferment the dough in warm place until the dough becomes twice the size.
5. Then add food coloring on a dough. (Make sure the dough doesn't get torn. )
6. Divide the dough into 3 pieces, round them and ferment them for 10 mins in room temperature.
7. Leave the center bulbously, and make it thin on the outer side. (check out the video)
8. Apply egg white on top and sprinkle pearl sugar.
9. Second ferment for 30 mins.
10. Preheat the oven for 10 mins in 180˚, and bake for 10~15 mins. (Make sure the color doesn't change on top, cover it with parchment paper.)
11. When it's ready, cut it in half.

*Patty
1. Mix the ground beef 250g, ground pork 150g, 1/2 of baked onion, and egg yolk.
2. Divide #1 into 3 and make patty.
3. Sprinkle the herb salt and bake it on low heat. (You have to cover the pan with lid so that the patty can fully cooked)
4. When patty's ready, remove the pan from the heat. Top the patty with cheese and let it melt with remaining heat.

*Decoration
1. Drain water from the olive and color it with gold food coloring.
2. Slice the sausage and poke 2 holes.
3. On a bun, put mustard, lettuce, patty, olive, sausage!
