Leaders of the six countries that form the Gulf Cooperation Council have started to arrive at the Maraya building in Saudi Arabia’s Al Ula region. The UAE delegation is headed by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al MAktoum, UAE VP, PM and Ruler of Dubai. Gulf leaders have gathered in Saudi Arabia for a summit that is expected to see the end of a three-year embargo with Qatar.
