In this episode I designed a modern residential design with a split level concept. Hopefully the home design video show this time can be a reference in determining your dream home model. The total building area of this house's upper and lower floors is 130 M2. The construction budget uses standard materials without the use of granite and marble, the cost required is around 330 million Rupiah. This budget does not include the cost of interior works, ponds, parks and fences. The working system uses daily labor, material expenditure and direct supervision from the residents themselves, and the budget for the Central Java region and its surroundings, for those in other regions, please follow the standards for material and energy prices in each local area.
This building measures 6 x 9 meters, stands on a land of 6 x 10 meters, the ground floor area is 48 M2, one floor area is 17 M2, the second floor area is 38 M2, the mezzanine floor area is 19.5 M2, the rooftop floor area is 7, 5 M2. Exterior appearance of the front building has a width of 6 meters.
I explained a little about the functional details of the room in the design of this building, where the ground floor, first floor and top floor have different heights. I started counting zero (+00) the floor is located at the point of the living room floor, from the living room there is a conecting area to the pantry located on the ground floor with a downward direction of 1.7 meters, there are 10 stairs traps with a height of 17 centimeters in each stair trap, the maximum ceiling height in the living room area is 2.9 meters, the ceiling height in the pantry area is a maximum of 2.45 meters. From R. Guest, there is a conecting to the second floor, there are several facilities including livingroom, bedroom II, mosque, and toilet with a height of 1.02 meters from the living room floor, then from the livingroom floor there is a connecting to the mezzanine area which is bedroom III and access to the rooftop, a height of 2.04 from the anter livingroom.
For construction structures and reinforced concrete in the design of this building using K-250 and K-200 quality concrete following the standard conditions and existing land contours, for reinforced concrete treads using 60 x 60, 80 x 80 with an average depth of 1.4 centimeters to with 1.6 meters, the size of reinforced concrete sloof is 15 x 30, 15 x 20 centimeters, reinforced concrete columns use sizes 15 x 20, 15 x 30, 30 x 30, 15 x 40 and 15 x 15 centimeters, on the concrete beam reinforced using a magnitude of 15 x 30, 15 x 40 centimeters, all must be placed at the right point according to the needs that have been adjusted, so that the quality and strength of the structure of this building remains in a good portion.

* Bedroom I 3 x 3 meters
* Bathroom 1 x 2.5 meters
* Pool area, 5 x 5 meters
* Garden area 2.5 x 3 meters

* Living Room 3 x 3 meters

* Livingroom 3 x 3 meters
* Bedroom II 3 x 3.5 meters

* Balcony 1 x 2.5 meters
