Jayson Tatum gets ejected from Friday night's game between the Boston Celtics and Philadelphia 76ers after the Celtics star was charged with a flagrant foul one and subsequently charged with his second technical foul of the game. Tatum left after scoring 21 points and Boston trailing by two entering the fourth quarter.
