How to make Jamaican 🇯🇲style Brown stew Beef

Hey guys I hope you love this detailed step by step video on how to make 🇯🇲 stew beef

Ingredients

2 lb Fresh beef
1 tbls maggie all purpose seasoning
1 tbls badia complete seasoning
1tbls Jamaican retailed all purpose seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tbls oxtail seasoning ( I ran out so didn’t use in the tutorial but add it if you have it )
5 pimento seeds smashed
8 oz green seasoning
1/3 tsp browning
1 tbls brown sugar
1 tbls olive oil
1 tbls ketchup
1 -2 tbls worchestire sauce
1 tbls fish and meat sauce ( optional )
1 medium carrot 🥕 chopped
1 small potato 🥔 diced
2 stalk of escallion
Add in some sweet tomatoes 🍅 ( optional )
1 scotch bonnet pepper
6 stalk Thyme ( add as much as you like )

“Be sure to adjust your salt 🧂 to your liking these seasoning measurement are just guide , I didn’t add any salt to the dish because the seasonings I use contains salt “
