Tony Rae interviews Alan McIndoe at the end of the heartbreaking 4-0 loss to St George in the 1992 preliminary final, Grand Final qualifier. The Steelers had many opportunities to score, including several tries disallowed, and were in reality the only team capable of taking it to Brisbane in the Grand Final. St George would go on to be flogged by the Broncos 28-8 and just 6 years later the St George Illawarra joint venture would come into existence.
