Ingredients for Alu Chop | Aloo Chop | आलु चप are:
Fresh coriander – 1/3 cup
Fresh Chili – green or as per your requirement
Onion chopped – 1/2 cup
White salt – 1/2 tea spoon
Ground Ginger – 1/2 tea spoon
Coriander and Cumin seeds – each 1/2 tea spoon
Black salt – 1/2 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tea spoon
Boiled Potatoes – 1/2 KG
Gram flour (besan) – 1 cup
(just a pinch of salt, red chili powder
and turmeric powder for the gram flour
mixture as shown in the video)
