Police out of control get owned by people who know their rights. Bully police think they can control people and demand ID. The police out of control will demand to see I D and then bully and threaten when there is a refusal. It's the bully police who give them all a bad name. If police are out of control they cannot do their job properly. The police are there to serve and protect, not bully and intimidate.
When you see police out of control when they are being filmed, it makes you wonder what they would be like when they are not being filmed. Watching police getting owned is always funny and this video has out of control bully police officers getting owned and schooled.
