Tawa Biryani Ingredients:
3 cups of Water
2 Bay Leaves,
4 Green Cardamom Pods,
1-inch Cinnamon Stick,
3 Cloves,
1 tbsp of salt,
1 tsp of ghee.
1½ cups of Basmati Rice
1 tbsp of Ghee,
1 tsp of Cumin Seeds,
1 Bay Leaf,
1-inch Cinnamon Stick,
1 Black Cardamom.
1 Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp of Ginger-Garlic Paste.

2 Carrots  (chopped)
8 French Beans (chopped)
½ a cup of Green Peas
2 Potatoes (chopped)

1 tsp of Cumin Powder,
½ tsp of Turmeric powder,
2 tsp of Red Chilli powder,
1 tbsp of Coriander powder,
1 tsp of Biryani Masala,
1 tsp of Salt,
½ tsp of Cardamom powder,
And 2-3 Green chillis (slit).

½ cup of Whisked curd.
1 tbsp of Kewra water.
2 pinches of Biryani masala,
1 tsp of Ghee,
Fried Onions,
2-3 tbsp of Saffron milk,
Green Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Mint Leaves (chopped)
Saffron strands.

The spices and condiments used in biryani may include fennel seeds, ghee (clarified butter), nutmeg, mace, pepper, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, coriander, mint, ginger, onions, tomatoes, green chilies,[26] and garlic. The premium varieties include saffron.
