Sakoo Sai Gai is a
Sakoo Sai Gai is a steamed, glutinous tapioca dumpling filled with sweet and nutty chicken. The texture of the tapioca is delightfully soft and sticky, and complements the filling well. It’s topped with crispy garlic for a savory crunch and bursts of flavor. Sakoo Sai Gai is usually eaten on it’s own or in a lettuce wrap. This is one of many Thai street foods that's available but now you can make it at home.

Shallots - 1 cup (chopped)
Black Pepper - 1.5 tbsp
Sweet Radish - 1/2 cup
Grounded Peanuts - 1 cup (unsalted)
Thai Dark Soy Sauce (Sweet) - 2 tbsp
Fish Sauce - 1 tbsp
Palm Sugar - 10 tbsp
Tapioca Pearls - 13.2 oz bag
Crispy Fried Garlic

Red Chilis
Fried Dried Red Chilis
