In this tutorial, I am showing you some Gua Sha movements that will help to lift and tone your cheeks due to lymphatic drainage ✨

This is part of my Gua Sha series where I focus on different facial parts and create a little follow-along routine so you can dive in right away and join me with the facial massages. This will target not only the midface area but also help the masseter muscle (chewing muscle) relax as it is the heaviest muscle you have in the face and can carry a lot of tension that you want to release.
Further, you will depuff your midface area as well based on lacking posture throughout the day and sculpt these cheeks when you remove access lymph fluid further which can also improve nasolabial folds and simply open up your face again.

Gua Sha for this area is great to combat a droopy heavy appearance as we can carry a lot of weight towards this area of the face staring constantly at our screens and phones ❤️ Can’t wait to hear what you think 😘

If you want to enhance your skin as well, then you should also start with facial exercises. Massaging your face will release tension & working out your face will sculpt & tone your facial muscles - your skin will appear more plump, sculpted & toned.
