We have previously discussed in other videos the popularity of papaya fruit and how it is consumed around the world. Not only is it incredibly nutritious, but it is now starting to be recognized as a superfood due to its wonderful health promoting abilities. Not only is the meat of the fruit becoming more popular, but papaya leaves are now also being used for their incredible and unique health benefits are often consumed as a juice. Leaves from 2 to 3 papaya fruits is more then enough if you are consuming it regularly. This juice also contains a unique compound papain, is loaded with nutrition and can help improve digestion. Lets now discuss some of the amazing health benefits of consuming papaya leaf juice regularly.
