(1 cup = 250 ml)
Dough:
100 g butter (soft) (1/2 cup)
A pinch of salt
70 g sugar (1/3 cup)
1 egg
Some zest of a lemon (organic and washed)
200 g flour (1 2/5 cups)
Cover and let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Remove the pits from apricots
Baking pan 18 x 28 cm (7 x 10.5 inches)
Cream:
500 g quark (or cream cheese) 2 cups
80 g sugar (2/5 cup)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons lemon juice
100 ml milk (2/5 cup)
40 g corn starch (1/3 cup)
milk chocolate
Sliced almonds
160 °C (320 °F) top and bottom heat for about 1 hour

4 eggs
170 g sugar (4/5 cup)
1 pack of vanilla sugar (8 g)
A pinch of salt
150 g oil (weighed) 3/4 cup
250 g vanilla yoghurt (1 cup)
110 g ground almonds (1 cup)
250 g flour (1 4/5 cups)
1 package of baking powder (15 g, 2 1/2 teaspoons)
60 g corn starch (1/2 cup)
Baking tray: about 41 x 35 cm (11.8 x 15.7 inches)
1 kg halved apricots
Bake the apricot cake at 170 °C (338 °F) for about 35 minutes.
