Urad dal – 2 tbl spoon
Fenugreek – ¼ teaspoon

2 handful of coriander leaves
Handful of mint leaves
Small lemon size of tamarind
Salt
Gingelly oil – 3 tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Urad dal – ½ teaspoon
Crushed garlic – 5
Curry leaves
