This honey garlic shredded chicken recipe is slow cooked to perfect tenderness and packed with so much flavor. The chicken is slow cooked in a delicious honey garlic sauce, in the slow cooker. Easy and delicious chicken recipe.
INGREDIENTS
4 CHICKEN BREASTS
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp each thyme, oregano, and rosemary
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
2 Tbs olive oil
1 medium onion
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
For the sauce
1/2 cup honey
2 Tbs soy sauce
5 huge cloves garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
2 Tbs brown sugar
2 tsp sweet chili paste
2 Tbs corn starch mixed with 1 tbs water for thickening
