Today I did some of the Dt2 Ca's that came out earlier today. For the Vardorvis Axe enthusiast CA you don't need to stand in the middle of the map during the whole kill but only during enrage(231 hp and lower).
This means if you take no damage before enrage and bring 18 brews you can chug brews for almost 180 seconds straight and 4 mins since you do get to full hp sometimes.
As long as you flick range/melee correctly damage taken isn't too bad.
